May Update - Part II

Olivia Alert - We had a great end of the month and were very lucky to be able to see Dave, Amy, and Olivia two weekends in a row. Read on...

Park with O - May 25
We had the opportunity to meet with our travel group friends for an afternoon of play and dinner. Hope got so excited when she saw Amy with Olivia when we arrived at the park. They had a great time. I know Amy has posted about our afternoon here too.

Como with MN Families- May 31
Some of our web-group friends organized a gathering at the zoo and a picnic lunch. This was a blast. It was so great to see and meet other families who share a story similar to ours. Whether we've met before, chatted on-line, or have never been in touch, somehow there is a special comraderie when we're all together. It is pretty great to have opportunities like this one.

More Friends - June 1
The day after we were at the zoo we invited a few people over for dinner at our house. Olivia, Lexi, Ava, and Hope had a good time playing. Here is just some of the fun. Ava eluded my camera, but you can see the other girls. I get a kick out of the different eating approaches here...notice Hope's whole face is buried in her frosting. :)




































Hope is doing the cutes thing. If she gets and "owie," she quickly gives it a little kiss and moves on. I guess she stubbed her toe. :) The big boo-boos Mommy and Daddy have to fix. She handled this one on her own.

Hope and Olivia were passing time while their Fathers were playing the Wii. Anyone with hints on how to teach 2 yr. olds to only play the keys and not push the buttons let me know. It took about 2 seconds for Hope to learn which button starts the drum kit. Too funny!

So, with the exception of the Berge wedding we attended in April, I think I'm pretty up to date with everything. I hope you enjoyed the all the photos. I'll get some photos (and dancing video) together soon from the wedding. Hope was pretty darn cute that day, too. :)
